Support Worker

Location: Tulare, CA

Role Overview:
As a Support Worker at All-In Care Homes, you will provide hands-on support to individuals in daily living activities, help implement behavior plans, and promote independence and social engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, patient, and committed to making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily routines, personal care, and household tasks
• Support community integration and participation in activities
• Follow individualized care and behavior plans
• Maintain safety, health, and wellbeing of clients

Requirements:

Employees with a history of working in the field of developmental disabilities and/or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn are sought.

Minimum qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• English Speaking, Ability to Read, Write and Use The Internet
• Valid California Driver’s License or Possesses an Excellent Command of Public Transportation System
• Clear Live Scan Report from Department of Justice
